How does the TA Marketplace Work?
1. Determine Your Eligibility
Ensure your organization is an eligible entity type (e.g. CBO, local government agencies, FQHC, Medi-Cal Tribal, Indian Health Program designees, approved providers).
Identify which eligibility option applies to your organization.
4. Get the Help You Need
The Mayeda Consulting will complete the Scope of Work and Budget proposals. We will also deal with the submission of our scope for approval directly.
Once the project is approved, you will gain access to the activities contracted, such as training, consulting, or the implementation of specific program development, or strategic projects.
We're excited to work with you!
2. Complete Your Application
Gather all supporting data. Access the application form and provide all required information and supporting documents to demonstrate your organization's eligibility.
Submit the completed TA Recipient Eligibility Application. If you don't already have an account on the platform, you'll be prompted to create one.
3. Browse Our Services
Once your eligibility is confirmed, log in to the platform and browse Mayeda Consulting's available Technical Assistance (TA) services.
Choose the specific TA service(s) that align with your organization's needs. We offer custom, hands-on technical support or select pre-packaged TA projects.
You may also be asked to submit a Technical Assistance project eligibility application to DHCS.
DCHS created the Technical Assistance Marketplace because they know this is a lot for organizations to implement themselves.

Is my organization eligible for PATH Funding?
Eligible entities include Community-Based Organizations, Government Agencies, Federally Qualified Health Centers, Medi-Cal Tribal programs, and others approved by DHCS. To be eligible, these entities must meet specific criteria outlined within 3 options. Those meeting Option 1 criteria have full access to TA resources, while Option 2 and Option 3 entities are limited to specific TA Projects related to CalAIM and Enhanced Care Management. Organizations must secure contracts with eligible entities or Managed Care Plans for these expanded TA services.
-
How does my organization apply?
To access TA resources on the TA Marketplace, organizations must submit a TA Recipient Eligibility Application, which DHCS will use to verify their eligibility. To start the application process, go to ca-path.com/ta-marketplace and click 'Apply Now'. If you don't have an existing account, you'll be guided to create one before proceeding.

"Knowledgeable about CalAIM and its impact on government and community-based organizations."
She uncovered our strengths and vulnerabilities. We brought her back to work on program development. On the spot, she identified team priorities and adapted the training to address critical needs. I highly recommend her as a consultant to ECM and CS teams in development.

"Could not have done it without them!"
Working with Mayeda Consulting has been meaningful to our company. Katie and her team helped navigate the very new and complex Cal-AIM system while also taking us through a strategic process to figure out how to incorporate the new funding source into our existing structure.
